Strange thing - the high-pitched whine seems to have migrated to my left ear only

Its funny.. my T started with this whine sound in my head. I really couldn't tell which ear so i assumed it was both. Now, over the last couple days, the high pitch whine appears to have migrated into my left ear only. I also still have a fullness feeling in that ear.I don't know if that's good or bad. Anyone else experience this?

Hi Glenn, I do occasionally get that, my tinnitus sounds like it is coming from my right ear, other times it sounds like its coming from the centre of my brain, sometimes from the left ear, its the mystery of tinnitus?Same with the different noises, it has a mind of it own!

At one point my T moved around like I had a mosquito flying in my head. It was hilarious.
