And I don't know how to feel or how to support him.
He's very active for his age (64) and looks way younger.
He's had health issues in the past (heart attack 10 years ago)
he's been telling me since 2 weeks ago that he perceives a noise in the left ear.
but tbh my dad is very hypochondriac, so i didnt want to pay attention to see if it "did go away"
but no, thats not the case, hes been kinda desperate about his noisy ear.
and went to acupuncture, and a few hours ago told me to put some drops on his ear, it was ciprofloxacin
and i told him that it would make things worse.
hes very convinced that it would go away,
it truly breaks my heart, i dont want anyone to suffer from this.
even that right now my tinnitus at its volumen have become just background noise to me.
its something that should never happen to anyone tbh.
i love my dad, i dont know if i have to be brutally honest and tell him to get used to (and making him leave his work at the show business)
or just act like its nothing and it will go away.
???
kinda confused.
