I took the survey, but I had trouble with the questions about the main attitudes towards tinnitus in my country and my ethnicity. I have no idea what the attitudes of my country and ethnicity are. Perhaps you could just take our attitudes as your sample and then look for similarities amongst people of each country and ethnicity.

You are not supposed to know anything, it's from what you know based on your own knowledge and experiences. It's a subjective survey, hence the reason the questions are regarding what you feel like the attitudes are.
