- Cause of Tinnitus
- aging hearing loss + loud noise exposure
One thing I have noticed a few times now is that, after having a conversation with someone, my tinnitus seems to subside. I first noticed it after a two hour flight during which I was talking (and listening) during most of the trip.
Something triggered a small spike the last couple of days, and I noticed that, after talking to someone for 20 minutes or so, it seems to have subsided.
I don't know if it's the talking part or the listening part that's key, but there is a pattern here. like singing, and I'm thinking I should start singing solo more and see if that helps. I have to listen to some audio books also, and see if that helps. Tinnitus is such a strange beast.
