The Fireworks Are Coming... You Can Run But You Can't Hide

I always get caught out by fireworks. Most evenings from November to new year they go off and I don't do my evening walks because of them.. How do we avoid these bad boys?

I'm reluctant to go for walks because of fireworks as well. And they sound so incredibly loud even indoors. Taking a walk in the park might be safer. I doubt there'd be fireworks going off anywhere near there. It isn't always an option during the winter though sadly.
