Greetings! Today there was an unpleasant incident - in the evening I roasted myself fried eggs.

I took a plate from the dish dryer in the form of a grill (photo), but next to it was another, a deep plate (photo).

I was 40 cm from this grate, when the plate fell with a crash on the other. Can you imagine? It was late at night and so it sounded especially loud and unexpected in the dark. In my ear, in my opinion, muscles contracted.

I had something similar happen to me. It caused my T to spread to the other ear. Initially, the sound in the formerly healthy ear was louder than the T in my bad ear. The spike ended up being temporary, however I still get T in my good ear sometimes...

With T everything can push your buttons to suspect every noise can possibly cause a spike, but. After awhile you know what sounds work and don't work. I think With T it's a hard difficult learning experience that won't go away. Once you realize what works it will help you to not get upset for which you don't what to do. Also, you will be able to adjust to the sound hopefully.
