The Ice Cream Thread!

@Sarah200

Devil's food, I couldn't have said it better, lol! Truth be known, like you, I resist all things chocolate for the most part. I do enjoy a couple of squares of dark chocolate every now and then, though. Now, crispy, salty snacks....heaven help me!:dohanimation:

Congratulations on your weight loss and getting toned! You should be very proud of yourself.

Thanks, they never tell you how easy it is to put the weight on but extremely difficult to lose it but it can be done, I can resit all crisps, cakes, biscuits, doughnuts , sweets and other surgery foods but chocolate milk and dark is my guilty pleasure and don't want to live without it, at first I got worried when my T spiked with a cup of coffee with both chocolate and coffee having caffeine I thought would I have to give up chocolate but my T never spiked with chocolate I jumped for joy, chocolate helps me relax and forget the stress of T.

Chocolate is "comfort food" and we all need to be be comforted, especially those of use dealing with T. We still need enjoyment in our lives, so a little chocolate is a good thing.

Unfortunately ice cream reviewing is on hold whilst I lose weight for my wedding dress hahaha

I was very ambitious and got a dress 1 size too small thinking I would lose weight before the wedding. Bigggg mistake!

Wonderful 'true to life' wedding cartoon Holly.
Makes me crack up.......

Hahahaha dieting is actually awful, I get really cranky

I have to say Holly, you look so lovely, and so slim. You are also always gracious and charming.
Whoever he is - he's a lucky guy.
And as for 'cranky?'......I don't believe it! x

Since I'm on holidays I actually have time to do a review on a new ice cream I love. I stopped eating ice cream to lose weight but happily I got food poisoning over Christmas and reached my goal weight (that's a story for another time:sick:) anyway I'm now back to occasionally treating myself.

This ice cream is actually fairly diet friendly, one serve is only 150 calories and the whole tub is 600 calories (half the amount of a normal Ben and Jerrys) it's called Moo-phoria and honesty its AMAZING. You can't tell it's low calorie at all. I tried the caramel cookie fix favour and would definitely get it again (y)

I'm giving it a solid 9/10

I ate a chicken dish at an exclusive eatery on Christmas Eve and spent the whole of Christmas Day and Boxing Day with food poisoning, vomiting in the bathroom and trying to rest in bed.
Interesting how what would be a disaster for 'normal' people, becomes totally insignificant when you have severe tinnitus to cope with for ever.
I hear people complain about having
'a nasty cold ?!?!'

They have not one pickled clue about
what 'NASTY' actually is !!
