Devil's food, I couldn't have said it better, lol! Truth be known, like you, I resist all things chocolate for the most part. I do enjoy a couple of squares of dark chocolate every now and then, though. Now, crispy, salty snacks....heaven help me!

Thanks, they never tell you how easy it is to put the weight on but extremely difficult to lose it but it can be done, I can resit all crisps, cakes, biscuits, doughnuts , sweets and other surgery foods but chocolate milk and dark is my guilty pleasure and don't want to live without it, at first I got worried when my T spiked with a cup of coffee with both chocolate and coffee having caffeine I thought would I have to give up chocolate but my T never spiked with chocolate I jumped for joy, chocolate helps me relax and forget the stress of T.
