The Word on Ototoxic Medication

Well yeah.
But someone has to be the 1 in 1000, don't they?
That 1 in 1000 isn't just statistic, that is an actual person who has to deal with the consequences.

I'm not saying don't take medicine you need, just that there is a bit of callousness towards those in the minority.

I had a spike in my tinnitus 3 weeks after taking spiractin. When it happened, i stopped the drug for 2 weeks. Is that enough time to determine whether or not a drug is at fault?

Hi all, I'm in the hospital did to pneumothorax and I want to know what drugs are ototoxic. Does anyone have a list of them? Thanks.

What is tinnitus caused by ototoxic meds like, especially meds used on a long term basis (one year plus). Is it a gradual increase in volume/intensity, or a sudden loud explosion of sound?
