This is the one I ordered which is free from any fillers, etc:

It looks like it's still in stock on the official website and it's priced about the same.

Just to update, I really don't think this is doing anything for me. As I suspected I had some sort of placebo effect in the beginning and now things are behaving like they always do, despite the fact that I'm mega dosing right now. About 50% of the days of the month it's baseline and calm, and the rest are screaming satan filled days. It still blows my mind that I can go from literally silence to something straight from hell that actually blocks my ability to hear soft sounds because it's so loud and high pitched.
Sorry my bad, somehow I thought it was TPP. I can't seem to find TPP anywhere though, any idea if it's available off the shelf? That product isn't Thiamine Pyrophosphate (TPP).
That is a different chemical, thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide.
This is the only product I could find that includes TPP.Sorry my bad, somehow I thought it was TPP. I can't seem to find TPP anywhere though, any idea if it's available off the shelf?
Thank you, so strange it wouldn't come up in a search on Amazon. I just ordered a bottle, I'll report back if there are any changes. I've been having a terribly bad episode the past couple weeks. This is the only product I could find that includes TPP.

Thiamax is NOT TPP.So... FINALLY the Thiamax TPP capsules are back in stock. Not sure when I'll get it as it may be shipped from the manufacturer directly & not by Amazon.
I've been reading that some folks have been taking it in lozenge form. I decided not to order that because of the artificial sweeteners & ingredients. I'm highly sensitive to these & always stay clear.
Fingers crossed I get some relief. I will post updates.

This one seems to be more potent - but no idea whether better or not!
I have this package from Thailand:By the way, there is another way pyruvate can be produced and enter the citric acid cycle: The processing of branched chain amino acids: valine, leucine and isoleucine. TPP is needed for this reaction as well!
Dose?I've been taking this supplement about 9 days now and my tinnitus is 100% significantly less intrusive. I have to say this stuff works.
I didn't think it did at first because he reported results after just 2 days, but in my case it took over a week.
I should add though, that by no means is my tinnitus even close to being gone, as the original poster reported. It's just less intrusive, which I'll take as a win.
Please try this stuff.
