Thought I will post few things that have helped in my journey with T so far -
(1) Tinnitus Talk - Excellent site for information/help. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU!!! to all the people that write to me here, support me with suggestions.
Matterhorn, Kara 77, Karen, glynis, billie48, Erik, truesilence - thank you to all of you for keeping my company and spirits up! I want to tell you - YOU KNOW MORE THAN THE DOCS OUT THERE and HAVE HELPED ME LIVE through this! I have read your stories and learned what to do.
(2) Sound therapy - Again referred by TT in various messages. This seems to work well -

(3) My husband and daughter and friends - For standing by me in such a tough time and being with me through my anxiety and depression. I am dead scared at times at what has happened to me....and writing to me everyday!
(4) God - What can I say....just praying to him to rescue me from this pain. they say more sincere prayers are heard in hospitals then temples...
(5) Anti Anxiety Med - I hate taking you, but right now my life is bleak and you help me. I dont know what to do better...and dont know who to wean you off. I am taking Busprione 5mg twice a day.
