All of those will only inflict short suffering!
You need to find better examples!
Long term, 24/7, torture, suffering sort of events!

All of these are a fast way to die. Why would you say that they are worse than T?

To be serious, when I see people in a wheelchair, I say to myself "You cannot complain that much about your situation !"...

Of course I shouldn't compare my Life with people with dysabilities... This is not correct for them ! But it is stronger than me... :(

At first I thought that you said this to yourself, addressing it to the person in the wheelchair. That person is not being reminded of their disability when they are trying to fall asleep, when they wake up, when they are in front of their computer working, etc.

The above is true when it comes to disabilities that involve chronic constant pain.

Yes but they (very often) are not able to feel when they need to go to the toilets or feel anything about sex... It must be really hard ! :(

And the majority of them have also chronic pain, strong pain...

Before tinnitus, when I had a really bad day I always said to myself:
"It could be worse, I could be in a wheelchair".

But when I first got my Tinnitus, I could no longer say that, because I have realized that if given that choice, I would happily trade with anyone in a wheelchair, while thinking I won the lottery.
Kind of sad but 100% true...at the time.

Now that it is easing up, I probably wouldn't trade for wheel chair any longer, but I know lot of people use the wheelchair comparison to get through tough times.

Either way, it needs to get adjusted to:
"It could be worse, I could have Tinnitus"
I'm afraid it is impossible to go lower than that.
