Hi folks!
Since my tinnitus increased in October 2017. I have had few episodes with good days and more episodes with bad days. Right now, I think I'm doing good because I mostly clear my mind and started to accept new sounds :) Keep fingers crossed for me!

I would like to know is there any person whose tinnitus increased from mild to moderate and decreased back to mild? I need that tiny little hope folks.

Kind regards for everybody

I think there is a lot of hope. An endless source of inspiration is Julian Cowan Hill
This is a direct quote from his web-page:
"after 20 years of hell, I woke up in silence"

Me. My T started in 20/02/2017 and was severe, and faded to mild in 1 year. In 15/02/2018 an acoustic trauma made my T spike from mild to moderate; returned mild after 26 days.

That's nice to read dude :)
I read one of your threads, where have you wrote that if you put your hands on the eat, you don't hear new sounds of T. Something similarly is happening to me now. If I put my finger in the ear, I don't hear my cicada/morse code sound... Very strange!
