I just wanted to share this yoga posture that I recently found out:
I have T for1 1/2 year now, it is quite low and I only listen to it during nighttime and silence moments. The last 2 months though it was a lot louder without any obvious reason. I tried this yoga exercise (I started with some other exercises to help my body relax and stretch better and then ended with some minutes of this one) and at night, I saw a big difference to my T level, to my surprise! It may be a coincidence, but it might help the ear area pressure and muscle around to relax and that decreased the T level a little. It is not a cure, but lowering down a little the levels is something
I wanted to share it in case anybody else finds at least a little bit of relief with this.
