Tight Neck and Scalp — Any Connection to Tinnitus?

It's been a week that I've been having a feeling of tight scalp pressure around my cranium. But no headaches. I've had louder than usual tinnitus. Even the neck is a bit stiff.

I'm wondering if it's tinnitus causing this or if it's a different cause?

Tinnitus can possibly bring on stress and stress can possibly cause tight necks and sensations...
