Tilting Head and Tinnitus Volume

Hi,

Does anyone recocnize this? When i tilt my head only a few mm to the right my high pitch tone disappears. If i tilt my head to the left the volume increases. If i push my lower jaw to the front T starts to scream in both ears.

Having a hard morning today. Next week i will go on holiday and im scared that i will be like this the whole time..
