Do we have any US reviews of Tinearity yet? The product has been on the US market for a few months now, has anyone here tried it?

A review by Ben Thompson from Treble Health is now available on YouTube ("New Tinnitus Blocker - Reviewed"). His team have tested the gadget and they are not impressed to say the least.
