Does anyone else experience a reduction in T after drinking 2-3 beers ? I only have a couple but time and again I feel like it reduces my T .....is it me or am I losing my mind?

It's not that it lowers it, I pay less attention to it. But when I do, beer makes my T probably twice as bad, which is sad because I like a nice cold glass of Erdinger. :(

I've been timid with alcohol since the first glass of red wine I had after developing it woke me up in the night with roaring T. But when I drink even one drink it decreases noticibly. Alcohol has similar GABA effects as benzos and I figured it had something to do with that. I'm going to dinner at a friends tomorrow night and I'm gonna drink...I'll let you know :)

Yep, wine has the same effect on me. Like you said, think its the GABA effect. But hangovers with T?? Twice as miserable. So I watch my consumption.

Alcohol does everything to my tinnitus, sometimes it'll spike it like crazy and then other times it'll make it super quiet, very random indeed! When I'm super hung over though, I notice my tinnitus is almost gone for the entire day, only problem is that I'm either sick in bed or busy vomiting, fun times. :p
