Hi!
I got my tinnitus due loud noise exposure and I've had it for 10 years now.
I am 19 years old and recently I have been starting to train real hard at the gym.
4 days ago I trained my shoulders and I noticed while training shoulders that my neck also got a lot of pressure. When I got home i noticed how my tinnitus has gotten louder and I belive it is because of tension in the neck.
What can I do and what do you people think?

If you mean that can somatic T be cured, in some cases yes. Here's another review article about somatic T worth reading - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3129953/
I am pretty familiar with somatic tinnitus. Its just I have had these kind of spikes before, but this time, I have had louder tinitus for 4 days (usally it only last minitus like when i press my jaw). Might this be due tension in my neck, and if so, how long does it take before the tension dissapear.

My chiropractor has tinnitus and sometimes after a work out, he says his tinnitus gets worse. He said that it gets worse due to cranial pressure. But a good way to get relief is to get a chiropractic adjustment.... not that it will go away, but it will be relieved.
