exercise is a life saver for me, when it comes to tinnitus. Back in the old days i use to powerlift/bodybuild and i was taking care of my sick folks. The tinnitus was very loud and i was very stressed, life was a total mess back then. Going to the gym was saving me and keeping me around. After taking some meds, they ruined my bones and muscles, so i had to give up what I loved doing most, which was lifting weights. I have always lived life and studied many martial arts and after i couldn't lift anymore....I got back into that stuff and lots of walking and stress relaxation on a daily basis.
When i was in the gym, i'd wear ear plugs and protected my ears at all times...
Tinnitus has not show me any mercy at all, its loud and very painful. I punch tinnitus back in the face by living a life filled with exercise and try to keep my stress down. It works quite well, and i hope all can reduce their stress and maybe distract themselves from tinnitus.
