@josho771 Have u read that about white noise. I should avoid it if i want the T to cure so bad. But if you cant sleep that may be the only option

@josho771 have you tried the reddit cure thing although it does not cure for ever but for a short time it does

@josho771 yes i have. At first i got happy because it is soo nice to hear silence again even though for a short time but still great when you get annoyed by the T

pred is a steroid that might be helpful if taken quickly after noise exposure

@josho771 I woke up without it for about 20 minutes. I have been away shopping and havent noticed it yet. And i also think it has gotten quieter than yesterday. How about you. Is it better?

@jocke no not gotten better, but I found this video on YouTube what masks the sound and helped me get a better sleep

@jocke i think I'm gonna go to the doctors on Monday to get it checked out, because I seem to get a sore ear aswell, I could have a wax build up or something

@josho771 Yeah thats a good idea. I will go to the doctor but it is booked so i cant untill the 29th this month.

@jocke yeah my doctors isn't the best either, luckily I have a doctor what I can ring whenever she's at work, and another thing what could have caused ear wax blockage could be that I used some cotton buds to try and get rid of it and I blocked my ear for 1 day and a couple days later I had this ringing

@josho771 sounds like you have blocked ears and you hear your blood flow in your ears
