Tinnitus Caused by Visual Snow

Hi i've had tinnitus all my life and it is caused by my visual snow. Do you guys think once a cure/good treatment comes out it will work for me since mine is caused by VS? I'm only 14 but these two things are ruining my life.

Also i dont believe it is caused by the little hair things in my ear, since visual snow is believed to be caused by hyperactivity in a part of the brain

It may not be caused by visual snow, but they could be related symptoms. Have you been to a neurologist or neurotologist?

not yet... do you think I should? I have like 90% of the side effects from visual snow so I was guessing my tinnitus was caused by vs too

Visual snow does not and cannot "cause" tinnitus. The two can exist side by side, and may have a common underlaying etiology.

I've been dealing with both for about as long as you've been alive :-p
