Hello everyone,

I just recently acquired tinnitus about 1 month ago after using a loud headset. I rarely go to clubs, been to 6 in my entire life.

First it was a morse code ringing but now it has changed to an ultra high pitch, is this normal?

I barely sleep and I'm 95% of the time super anxious, could this have anything to do with the change of pitch?

I also have no ear fullness or hyperacusis or anything like that which I find weird.

Dude bro take some supplements like curcumin, egcg, and spirulina. You're still early in on this and you could certainly improve some or a lot. Stay calm. If you get some supplements get some melatonin to help you sleep. Give your ears a rest and avoid loud sounds at all cost.

One month is very 'new' for tinnitus and it will often change a lot in the early stages - the main thing is to avoid any particularly loud places like nightclubs and rock concerts or very loud bars - tinnitus often improves over time.

Right. Will do!

For sleep try complement with magnesium vitamin B and melatonin.
It also works on stress so will be perfect for you.

You can also try medication if you are really anxious and can't sleep like bromazepam. This is only on prescription and used for a short time.

You can also try curcumin and ginkgo biloba as your tinnitus is from noise.
