Tinnitus Control by Dopamine Agonist Pramipexole in Presbycusis Patients

Tinnitus. No improvement from the two SGB's.

I just stumbled on this thread regarding Pramipexole, trying to convince my doctor to prescribe it for a trial - but I wanted to corroborate your experience regarding stellate ganglion blocks. I also had it done this year at a pain clinic for tinnitus. I showed the doctor the same papers you cited and he agreed to do it. It had no real effect beyond feeling calmer / more relaxed for a few days - no effect on the volume of the tinnitus itself.

Yes, I've had no improvement from the 2 stellate ganglion blocks I got. I was actually spiked for 2 days after and decided to not go back for any further.
