Tinnitus Doubled and Ears Blocked After Botox Injection for Migraines and Teeth Clenching

Hi all

Looking for some advice.

I got Botox in my lower jaw to help migraines and clenching my teeth. It was not near my ears, it was in the jaw closer to my mouth

About a week later I noticed my lymph nodes below my jaw were swollen and my ears are super blocked. My tinnitus has almost doubled and my ears still feel blocked constantly.

Is this likely an effect of getting Botox in my jaw or more likely an effect of an underlying infection? It seems like it's getting worse by the day at the moment, my ears are really blocked and tight.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It seems a bit better now... maybe just a viral infection was blocking up my ears a bit?
