Hello Folks,
I often feel the need to "equalize" the pressure in my ears, and the other day, while listening to speech, I noticed that when I did so, the mid to high frequencies— and thus the intelligibility of the speech— increased significantly.
Can anyone explain what might be happening? I have tinnitus and am wondering if this is normal, a symptom of hearing damage, or possibly a pressurization issue affecting my hearing.
