Had my ear wax irrigated at the doctor and my tinnitus is very quiet now. I still have some ear wax in there that wasn't removed but do you think that the next couple days the tinnitus may go away completely or should I remove some more ear wax at home.

Why not wait for 2 days to find out? (especially since your T is very quiet)

Hey greg I am going to wait and yes my T is much quieter but honestly I know not to get my hopes up until I actually expiernce silence for the first time. I wanted to ask you guys though if you think the irrigation could of done damage, it did hurt when the water was hitting my ear and I was very uncomfterable because I was scared my T was going to go crazy after this but thankfully it didnt.

Be careful. Removing earwax has been known to trigger tinnitus. I would just wait and let nature take its course. Your tinnitus has obviously been helped by just the right amount of ear wax removal.

Wow you're so lucky. That's what happened to me and it didn't completely go away. Hopefully it will for you. It very well can.
