Tinnitus from China Hangzhou, 10+ Years, Seeking for Doctor

my location: Hangzhou, China
lasting time: left ear tinnitus over 10+ years, right ear dumb with Auditory ossicle fracture.
reason: may head strike, slumber or other unknown exactly.

I am seeking for doctor's help, both western science and technology in medicine, or the traditional Chinese medicine.

If anybody have the same trouble in China, please share experience and approach together.

He got a cochlear implant in his bad ear and that's how his T disappeared

There are clinics in Asia that some members have travelled to for stem cell treatment.

A member (@attheedgeofscience) visited Bangkok and China (or Thailand). I think he preferred the Bangkok clinic as it was more advanced in his opinion. He certainly recommended it.
