Few days ago I visited another ENT specialist. I described by situation and he believes all my problems are TMJ related to my head concussion. That will also justify my neck spasm.
Interestingly my jaw started to click while chewing food. It is somehow painful.
I use night guards and also I am prescribed with meloxicam 7.5 mg twice daily.
My tinnitus is much better and sometimes even zero. I am quite happy.
