Hello everyone,
Initially, everything was normal for me, and I hardly ever experienced any issues. I had only heard about tinnitus from older people. However, as I grew older, I began to experience it myself. At first, it was occasional, but then I started noticing that the noise would begin during heavy physical exertion or when I was engaged in prolonged, tense activities.
So far, the noise only bothers me in these situations, and if I avoid these triggers, everything is generally fine. I wonder, if I manage to keep this condition from worsening, is it possible to prevent further deterioration in the future?
