so, I am curious, I have noticed most of the time my tinnitus is in both ears, the worst in my right which is extremely loud.

Here recently I have noticed my noise shifting from my left to my right, sometimes my sound is only in my right and then it moves to only the left and then to both, is it just me or does tinnitus do that?

I have no hearing loss, hearing is perfect. Still have no cause as to why I have it now, I've had tinnitus for 5 months now, and learning how to cope and deal with it, because I don't find it going away.
It is a sound that is extremely high pitch, also I can hear static with it, and a hum and a clicking every now and then.

Hi,
My tinnitus sounds are very similiar to yours also have no hearing loss. My tinnitus shifted about six months after i got it my right ear was worse then it shifted to the left ear its quite common so dont stress about it :)

Speak to Greg Sacramento about this. It's common with somatic tinnitus, Like SCM or TMJ problems.

This happens to me, too, and I have hearing loss. I asked an ear specialist and researcher who felt tinnitus essentially moving around was related to the brain more than a solely physical cause.
