Tinnitus Moving from One Ear to Head?

I awoke this morning with the strangest feeling. Yesterday I had the whooshing/buzzing sound in my right ear only as usual but when I awoke today I felt like my entire head was abuzz and only slightly in my ear with a full feeling in my ear too (which happens also). I cannot understand what is happening? Has anyone else had this displacement. Actually.. when I concentrate on myself it seems that both are concurrent. Some feedback would be extremely helpful right now and very much appreciated. Wishing everyone a peaceful day, if at all possible.

Tinnitus can change any time from one ear to two and in the head and change sound or add sounds.
The perception of sound can happen for a few reasons but usually settles down to your base sound again...lots of love glynis
