@Tinizzy 21, see I'm dealing with anxiety, OCD and mild depression and on that of that a T, I should be out partying lol, but I still get on with my day and not let these things rule me, I get anxious a lot though but I think I know how to handle it
@josho771 Thats good for you! I know how you feel. It feels like a loss. Comparing and probably idealising a life before T (at least that is what I did). We'll be fine!
@Tinizzy I had anxiety and OCD before my T lol, you will be fine you need to try and stay calm and just do somethings you enjoy, if the T is annoying you at nights try and mask it with something?
@josho771 Yeah. Im using a fan. But it is not the actual sound but the constant thinking about it. So I feel like masking doesnt influence my feeling about it so much right now.
@Tinizzy yeah I know what you mean, have you ever tried to do something to distract yourself so you stop thinking about it? I know it's easier said than done
@josho771 I tried a million times haha. Once I was distracted for a while. And sometimes a few seconds but then I feel like Im constantly thinking bout it because it follows so quickly. You know: the periods are too short to really know
