Tinnitus Spike After an Increase in the Consumption of Eggs?

I eat eggs every day. Can't see how that would increase T. But hey my T keeps getting worse and worse so who knows..

Maybe you're eating eggs wrong? Eggs should always be cooked before consumption. The shell should also be removed. If there is a bad smell don't eat it, especially don't eat it raw. Don't eat eggs from China, don't eat eggs if there is no yoke, you can also fry them. Do not push eggs into your ear canal.

I like my eggs raw. I'm not dead yet and it doesn't have any impact on my tinnitus.

Ive heard a few medical practitioner say chicken is more inflammatory then other proteins. So that might be the reason why.

How are you eating the eggs? if scrambled, thats the the most unhealthiest way to eat them and will cause the most inflammation. The healthiest method is to hard boil them just before the yolk oxidizes. When the yolk oxidizes so does the cholesterol. You want the yolk to still have that deep orange color. Not that light pail yellow color that a full hardened yolk has. the optimal time is about 7 minutes. See if a 7 minutes hard boiled egg still spikes your tinnitus. And I suggest getting organic pasture raised eggs so they are as clean as possible.

I am having a spike. The only thing that changed compared to last week, is that I had increased my consumption of eggs. I am still not sure whether chicken eggs can cause tinnitus to spike. I couldn't find much on this forum. The only thing I found was

Not sure what to think.
Eggs causing higher cholesterol is erroneous in terms of what current research has shown. It sounds like lame assumption too. I eat a decent amount of eggs and have spot on cholesterol. They're frigging packed with nutrients.
A dozen a week should be fine.

Maybe it's something in them that's causing the issue for you or an allergic/inflammatory response.
