Tinnitus Spike for 6 Days After Fleeting Tinnitus

6 days ago I got a case of fleeting T in my right ear. It was a lot louder then normal instances of fleeting T. It went down after a minute or so, but there was some leftover fleeting T which remained for a few hours. Ever since that moment my right ear feels full and it's been popping a lot when chewing, moving my jaw, etc. When I yawn my right ear feels tight inside and the fullness feeling increases for some time.

My tinnitus has now been spiking for 6 days. It's mostly the same volume all day. Normally when I woke up in the morning it was low, but now it's loud already. I can hear it in places I did not hear it before.

Any advice on what's going on?

Thanks Ivan! The thing is that I am relaxed. And normally when I am relaxed it would go back to baseline, but now it won't. I'm starting to wonder if this is a permanent increase and not just a temporary spike.

My jaw also feels tight and sore and I also experience neck pain.

So, it is now day ten and my spike is still going strong. The weekend before this spike I could go out into my backyard in the morning and not hear my T and even inside it was barely noticeable. I thought I was a few months away from recovery and now it's the complete opposite. Very frustrating.
