Tinnitus. Vertigo Related?

I was taken to the ER with drop me down to my knees, room spinning, vomiting Vertigo on Saturday 6/27. I have been on meds since them and it has been working BUT now I've had massive ringing in my right ear since Friday 7/3..... Reviews online are saying it's from the Vertigo or could be a side effect of the meds (meclizine). I really don't want to go to another doctor and dish out more money..... What do you think and is there any way to make it stop?

p.s. Slight pressure in that ear as well.

The procedure in this video by Dr. Carol Foster has helped quite a few people. Scroll down and read some of the reviews by people that it has helped. If yours is caused by the condition she explains, it might just work for you too. Take note of the fact that it must be performed several times with short breaks in between.

The video is great and gave me a burst of energy (standard anytime your head is inverted - but made me awake all night), but gave no relief to the ringing in my ears. Did on each side last night and again this morning....... I think I'll have to try it a few times a day and see if that helps.

Yeah, Sarah, perhaps you shouldn't do it after a certain time of day.

At around 2:42 of the vid she states that sometimes it takes 4 - 5 times and she suggests 15 minute breaks between each attempt.

I don't think you should expect any relief from your T from this. It's only a treatment for Vertigo that is caused by a specific condition that she explains early in the vid.

Thanks for the video. I know it probably will not help with T, but I get dizziness type feeling and I am going to see if this excercise helps.

@SarahCuda did this vertigo accompany any hearing loss? Do you have the vertigo all the time or notice more when laying on side of ear that has T or laying Down on your back ?
