Tinnitus Talk Podcast
We are extremely proud to be launching our new podcast series, under the same name as this forum: Tinnitus Talk. Please take a look here at our dedicated podcast page.

General Introduction

The podcast aims to inform, raise awareness, connect and entertain on all matters related to tinnitus. Our main focus will be interviews with both tinnitus experts and patients. We also aim to keep you updated on important news and developments in the field.

Our podcast host is @Jack Straw. He took the initiative to launch this series and has put immense time and effort into it. @Hazel and @Markku will be frequent contributors to the podcast.

Wow! This is amazing! :)

We have already reached $1500!

:thankyousign:

I just chipped in another $20. Let's keep this going till the end of February, shall we?

@Vicki14 you are so sweet and kind. I know life is difficult right now.

This fund drive is going great and I am thankful for each donation towards Tinnitus Talk/Tinnitus Hub.

It is so important to let those who run this place how much they are appreciated. Not just by donating money but by simply saying thank you during this Tinnitus Awareness Week.

Can you imagine if you clicked on Tinnitus Talk and nothing was there? Over the years I have seen so many tinnitus support boards vanish. Many times it was because it was too much work and very little appreciation.

@Markku, @Hazel, @Steve, @Samir, @glynis and others who work hard to create this resource are often not given appreciation. And they don't expect it or demand it. But it is nice when others recognize the time and effort and personal money they give to keep this board alive and growing.

I think Tinnitus Week should also be Tinnitus Appreciation Week for each person working hard on our cause.

Please go to https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/tinnitus-week-2019-—-our-plans.33438/ and say a simple thank you.

And if possible - become a part of this fund drive.

I think we should end this fund drive on the last day of Tinnitus Week?

Maybe this could be a once a year drive at the same time.

Hope we get a few more donations but we (my husband and I) are very thankful for each dollar donated towards the costs takes on by @Markku, @Hazel, @Steve (and others) for Tinnitus Talk/Tinnitus Hub.

It is more than we expected so thank you all.

It is kinda lonely up here!!!
