TMJ and the Temporalis Muscle

Thank you for the link. I had a limited understanding of TMJ, and that link is very informative.

My only problem is that I am having trouble finding a description of therapy or exercises that one might do. I can see a section "TMJ Pain From Muscles" but that information wasn't there.

@Bill Bauer Everyone is a little different when it comes to T and H, but muscular treatment for my TMD has good benefits.
