Today Might Be the Hardest Time to Be a Tinnitus Sufferer

It is rumored that Minnesota device will be Lenire 2 (what was the fucking point of releasing Lenire 1 then? Lenire 1 seems to be working 50/50 of cases, couldn't help @Allan1967 so he commited suicide, BRUTAL).

Lenire 2 will be released around the end of 2020s. Till then, I feel like I'll be dead.
Just basing this off the reviews to date, but the 50% figure seems way too high.
If I had to make a personal guess, Lenire might make some kind of subtle difference for maybe 10% of users at best?

Still, it will be sold under Lenire 2, which will be released years from now and that is just sad.
If Neuromod discovers that they'll make more money from this superior device and decide to buy the license, they'll have every economic incentive to get it to the market as fast as possible. I'm not even trying to be brightside about this—I seriously think the biggest hurdle to these devices coming out is financial capital, and getting a company like Neuromod to release it, I think is a GOOD thing.
