Took Prednisolone 80 mg — I Want It Out of My Body

No i dont. It's more about the medicine. I really dont want the side effects it will give me. They seem permanent

I now took it (just now), and I am panicking,

@lifeisover I have heard this is one side effect. It increases anxiety quite a bit. Can you go back to the prescribing doctor and ask for something that will help the anxiety since you have to keep taking it.

From what I have been told this effect is temporary once you finish the medication.

You might feel full of energy and insomnia tonight and maybe a little low the next day but that is it and no damadge done at all.
Keep posting if you need support but you will be fine.
Snuggle up with a blanket and warm drink and tomorrow you can put all this behind you and you will be fine...
