This find will open doors to a more positive and progressive treatment to Tinnitus, hopefully even eliminate the noise.
I Like this because vagus nerve stimulation is probably along these line
"In the future it may be possible to treat tinnitus patients by dampening the hyperactivity by reprogramming these auditory-touch circuits in the brain."
