Tough Day with This Class

I'm in this class right now and the morning has been tough... can't focus without any masking sounds... it's too quiet... really think I should have waited before this reached a steady level.. last week I was in the class and had silence but I'm not too lucky today... any tips guys?

I guess if your class is not interesting, your T will be more noticeable, coz all you have to do is wait ...

I usually focus on my T when i'm bored at meetings and stuff ...
