Somewhere on this forum I read that Gala apples helped reduce the level of T.

So I changed my apple order this week to Gala.

Ate them covered with loads of cinnamon.

T went RIGHT down.

Tested it later by separating - eating the apples without the cinnamon and the cinnamon without the apples.

It wasn't the Gala apples that did it for me - it was the cinnamon.

Try it! Sprinkle loads (you need a really good helping) on something tasty - it just may help you too!

ps. it goes with my congestion theory as cinnamon is known to reduce congestion.
pps. really weird though - if I do have congested tubes... I don't actually 'feel' congested at all.

ppps. if this is the wrong section - please feel free to move it dez or any of the super powers out there :p

Cinnamon...interesting. My lab coat is at the cleaners. May just need a bib for this particular experiment.

Cinnamon is a great spice. Whenever I eat it, for some reason I think of the book "Dune". What was that spice those giant worms were churning up on that planet?

I use cinnamon, nutmeg, little cayenne pepper in my tea couple times a day and keeps my sinuses clear. Not sure it helps with the T but I'll pay more attention now.
