Hello everyone,

A quick note of hope...

I have been dealing with tinnitus for some time... A few days ago while eating my jaw shifted and made a LOUD POP... I felt it move a lot.. A few hours later the tinnitus had diminished - almost gone.. I still have it but it has been greatly reduced and at times completely silent.. Since this POP I have been seeing a very skilled Kinesiologist who is working on my neck & jaw... Seems to be going away.

I wanted to share this as it might give someone some hope... something physical might very well be the cause.

I started to use a computer program today that's only for doctors, but I was given access for use.
The program ask Yes or No questions with explanations and pictures. Sometimes questions will be asked where a few words are needed to be entered.
It took no time for the computer to realize that I had somatic tinnitus. It took me a great deal of research, time and examination on my own to find primary cause.
In ten minutes it nailed my main primary cause which is vertebral artery dissection from cervical twisting and lifting of neck with muscle spasms. Of all the tests that I had, none showed this and no radiologists or doctors had a clue.
I like how the computer would say - I see - and then ask is this a problem.
I tried the program for a few others and it narrowed my thoughts down to a defined single cause and it appears to be accurate.

@Greg Sacramento -- That's an absolutely amazing testimonial. Do you still have access to that computer, or have any kind of update for us? -- Thanks!

No, I lost access.
Errors were being given on complex diagnostics.
I have built my own tinnitus data base system of thoughts that includes a very long list of research links.
I updated it over the last four years and weeded out concerns such as treatment for one thing that may be harmful for another associated condition.
Did the same for vitamins and meds that may help a primary condition, but harmful for another or secondary condition.
Weeded out linked treatment advice on getting radiological exams, unless the article states radiation concerns and that leaded glasses and a radiation vest is needed for certain specific exams such as for a cone beam study.
Weeded out links with treatment advise that doesn't say that a certain type of specialist is needed for a particular treatment or procedure.
