Have you never experienced a spike from it? Surely taking 9-15 grams a day like you must have some side effects to it? I don't know if I dare to take as much as you. I'm a sucker for side effects.Try again.

I'm sure it has, but like many things too much might be a bad thing. I'm not saying it is, but I need to find out more about it before I take big doses.This is an herb that has been used for thousands of years
My friend is an eye surgeon who said that Curcumin is not very bioavailable in regular supplements. She said a new formulation makes it ten times more bioavailable than the regular pills. It needs to be produced with the "CurcuGreen" formulation.I remember reading this thread a couple of years ago, but I had never tried Curcumin, a bioavailable form of Turmeric.
I now take Integrative Therapeutics Theracurmin HP and like it a lot.
