Have you never experienced a spike from it? Surely taking 9-15 grams a day like you must have some side effects to it? I don't know if I dare to take as much as you. I'm a sucker for side effects.
I'm sure it has, but like many things too much might be a bad thing. I'm not saying it is, but I need to find out more about it before I take big doses.
My friend is an eye surgeon who said that Curcumin is not very bioavailable in regular supplements. She said a new formulation makes it ten times more bioavailable than the regular pills. It needs to be produced with the "CurcuGreen" formulation.
