I went to a pro 5 years ago and he set me up with hearing aids with the white noise and everything has been real good... until I woke up this morning. Today it's terrible. Any help?
What might have caused this spike? What is the loudest noise that you had been exposed to over the past 5 years?
Temporary spikes can last longer than a month. So even if you continue having this two weeks from now, there is still hope that this spike is just temporary.
I've been thinking about it today and I've been staying in an RV park for the last 3 weeks that's has a lot of road noise at night. I use a sound machine when I sleep so maybe that combined with the road noise is confusing my brain. I'm going to try without the sound machine hopfuly that with work.
