Update After Hospital ENT Appointment (My Hearing Reacts to Certain Sounds)

Have you done a hearing test?

I'm also curious, would you mind describing how it all started? Like, on the day you got it, what were you doing, were you wearing headphones, etc.?
Yup I did the hearing test and typmanometry test. They all come back as fine. Actually I didn't notice at first when it first started. Only a few days later, I happen to notice my ear has been twitching for some days. I do wear earphones pretty often. Now I don't wear them anymore ever since I got it. That period I was more stressed out than usual too. Other than that , nth much difference.

So you wore earphones even when it started? How loud do you play your music?

For me, it started randomly as well. I was in the office in front of my laptop when it started.

i did use my earphones on a daily basis. On the commute, it will be 70% loud. in the office, minimum volume but long hour of listening to music.
When is your MRI scheduled?

Hmm, your usage pattern is similar to mine. Before my FYP in September last year, I'd use my earphones at about 60% volume for 90 mins max on average during the weekdays. I then used my earphones for about 5 hours in total max for roughly 12 weeks on the weekdays during my FYP period. Still, I don't think that's loud and long enough, especially considering that is at max in one day.

My MRI is in June.
