Vibrating Tinnitus Sound — Suddenly Goes Down One Side of the Body

Hi! Does anyone have a vibration sound in ear that all of a sudden feels like the vibration goes down the one side of your body?

This sounds like it could be something with your middle ear. Does it feel like vertigo?

Yes. And I hate that. I assume you have a low pitched tinnitus?

No vertigo so far.

How do you cope with the vibration? I can't function. Can't sleep, eat or work.

Does it stop when you plug your ear? I mean don't put your finger too deep or anything, just plug it gently for a moment. Or for a second when you move your head left-right?

I feel a vibration @Silly but it vibrates behind my left eye (I have t I'm my left ear the most) over the left side of my skull and sometimes In my jaw and ear, no dizziness though, sometimes I feel pressure as well. I have predominantly a low drone tinnitus but also the high pitched sound comes and goes mainly at night

Been for tests with no definitive outcome ENT seems to think it's because of acid reflux affecting my ET/larynx and also because I was b12 deficient as this can cause neurological problems

Have you been to the doctor? Maybe you have earwax on your eardrum?
