Wearing Hearing Aids While Sleeping?

Has anyone had success wearing their hearing aids while sleeping? I've heard that keeps the ears at the same hearing level 24/7. I have been waking up to louder tinnitus every morning. I take my hearing aids out before going to bed.

Don't think you're supposed to wear them to bed. One of the first things the audiologist told me

I have.

I've fallen asleep with them in but removed them when I got up to use the bathroom. Never slept a full night in them. My audiologist said not to.
