Can anybody elaborate, as I am so confused.
We're supposed to expose our ears to ''everyday sounds'' to help our ears recover from Hyperacusis, but what precisely is an ''everyday sound''? If I'm in the supermarket and there is music playing at a level that previously wouldn't have bothered me, is that ''everyday and environmental''? Is watching the television at the level I used to an ''everyday sound''? Or are we talking about a chirping bird or some guy shouting at the fruit market?
