I am having a similar experience. When I am busy at work or walking dog outside I can't hear/don't notice T. I've tested it on myself, if I sit and focus on it the T FEELS louder. Stay busy, try not to dwell on it. I've only got T on my left ear, right ear is fine. (I'm an idiot, hearing protection gap in left ear.) I get dizzy too but I have always been a clutz. Since the onset, I've never had an issue sleeping without maskers? Then again, I have always preferred sleeping with noise. So the T is like a cruel joke. But seriously, the first TWO weeks were stressful because of the fact of T. I realize dwelling and feeling sorry about myself isn't doing myself any good. Call it stages of habituation or just not caring about it (DGAF) helps me. lol
